Refund and Return Policy

Overview

・Except in cases of product issues, please understand that we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened items.

<Returns & Exchanges Due to Customer’s Convenience>

Before Shipment:

You can cancel your order by pressing the cancel button on our site.

After Shipment:

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer’s convenience. However, if you need to return an item due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving it. Please note, this applies only to unopened items. Additionally, customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any refund transfer fees.

<In Case of Product Issues>

If the product delivered is defective or different from what was ordered, we will quickly process a return or exchange according to your wishes. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will cover the shipping costs for refunds or exchanges of new products. After processing your request, we will guide you on how to return the item. Please note, for mechanical devices such as radio clock movements, we offer a one-year warranty.

・Please note that we cannot accommodate cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to differences in size, order quantity, product type specification, or discrepancies in product image due to customer’s convenience.

・Our products are all handmade and unique, not as precise as industrial products because they are crafted manually. Despite the care and passion our artisans put into creating them, variations in condition (such as warping, chips, scratches, and variations in paint) may occur due to the natural materials used. These variations are considered part of the material’s character and are not grounds for return. Please understand and appreciate these aspects when making your purchase.

Other Non-Returnable Items

Please understand that returns or exchanges cannot be made in the following cases:

・If the request for return or exchange is not made within 7 days after the product has arrived at the customer’s location.

・Products that have been altered or damaged by the customer.

・Products that have been used at least once by the customer.

●All our products are handmade and, as such, may not have the exact dimensions as industrial products.

●Due to the use of natural materials, variations in condition (such as warping, chips, scratches, and variations in paint) may occur, and slight discrepancies in size due to drying or shrinkage are possible.

●The needles are thin and delicate, so please do not turn them with your fingers to avoid damaging not only the needles but also potentially causing damage to the radio clock movement. If adjustments are necessary, always remove the needles before making any adjustments and then reattach them.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Delay or Non-Reception of Refund

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
It may take some time for your refund to be officially processed.
Next, contact your bank. There can be a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale and Outlet Items

Refunds are available for regularly priced items only. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges are limited to defective or damaged items only. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via email and send the item back to us.

Return Shipping

We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges due to defective items or incorrect product delivery. Please mail the product to the following address: “1-30-3 Shobu-cho, Kashihara-shi, Nara Prefecture, 634-0042, Japan.”
