Before Shipment：
You can cancel your order using the cancel button on our website.
After Shipment：
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer’s convenience. However, if you must return an item due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt. Please note, this is limited to unopened items only. The customer will bear the cost of return shipping and any refund transfer fees. Opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.
<In Case of Issues with the Product>
If the product has defects or is different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of the arrival date. We will refund or exchange the product at our shipping cost.
